At Summerfield Beauty Retreat, I go above and beyond to make sure my valued clients receive the best of care, so please take time to read the following information so that you fully understand my policies. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all the policies below.
Please be considerate when making a booking as last minute cancellations or no shows can be detrimental for my business by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other clients to miss out.
I understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your plans. Each client’s appointment is important to me & I want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, I respectfully request a minimum of 48-24hrs hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Late cancelations will then incur a 50% deposit for all future bookings & will be non-refundable under any circumstances. Any further late cancelations will forfeit the deposit, but cancelations within the grace period will have their deposit transferred over to their rescheduled appointment.
"No-shows" are not tolerated and will be required to pay 100% of the service amount before being able to book again. If it happens more than once, any attempts to make a future booking may be declined altogether.
I respect your time & ask that you also respect mine. If you think you will be running late, please let me know & I will do my best to accommodate you, however, the length of your service may need to be adjusted to avoid running late for the next scheduled guest. If it is not possible for me to provide quality service in the adjusted time, you may be asked to reschedule, which could incur a 50% deposit for all future bookings as stated in the cancelation policy above. Please note, discounts for shortened services do not apply.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be treated as a 'no-show' & will incur the appropriate fee. To avoid this, please try and allow plenty of time for travel & traffic. It is always better to be a bit early than a bit late.
Whilst I love clients who are never late, please don't arrive TOO early. There is no waiting room, so if you do arrive early, please feel free to send me a quick text message & I will invite you in if I'm available. If not, please remain in your car until your treatment time.
Summerfield Beauty Retreat accepts payments for products and services in the form of cash, card, google/apple pay, & PayPal transfers. A 1.9% surcharge applies to all card payments in salon, & a 2.2% surcharge for manual card payments.
Payments are to be made in full prior to leaving your appointment.
Gift Vouchers are redeemable on services only.
Due to health & safety reasons, as well as to maintain a peaceful & relaxing environment, please attend your appointment alone. Children are not allowed in the salon & you will be asked to reschedule if you arrive with guests who do not have an appointment.
Summerfield Beauty Retreat has the right to refuse service based on concerns such as sickness, skin infections, open wounds etc.
Please be considerate and reschedule your appointment if you have any symptoms of sickness, as you are also exposing myself, other clients, & my family to illness. Please note that you still need to give 24-48hrs notice in line with my cancelation policy, in order to avoid a deposit for future bookings.
If you arrive & the front gate is closed, it may be because we have some sheep hanging out in the front paddocks 🐑. Our rule is always "leave gates the way you found them", so if it is closed, please close & secure the gate behind you as you drive in and out from your appointment.
Cars can be parked on the gravel area outside the large shed & you should see a brick path that will lead you straight ahead to the front door
Please turn your phone to silent so that you can totally disconnect & enter a full state of relaxation... The world can wait! :)
Please choose your product purchases carefully. Due to maintaining strict hygiene standards, exchanges or refunds are not provided on products.
Great care & time is given to ensure every client receives their treatment to the highest standard & is advised on proper aftercare when they leave the salon, therefore, under no circumstances will refunds will be given for services performed.
